Overnight Oats Shake the bag, scoop desired amount of oatmeal into jar or bowl, add your liquid so it just covers the oats (we love unsweetened vanilla oat, coconut, or almond milk!). Allow it to sit overnight in the fridge, and come morning, enjoy!
Instant Oats Shake the bag, scoop desired amount of oatmeal into mug or bowl, add boiling water so it just covers the oats, allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!

Easy protein!
Tastes great, not too sweet thank goodness, and the perfect amount of protein for breakfast or whenever you need it. I have a lot of food sensitivities and dietary requirements unfortunately and this is one of very few packaged foods I can eat. Thank you!
