Return Policy

We are incred-oat-ly proud of our product. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your first purchase made within two weeks of placing your order, email hello@oatoftheordinary.com and include your order number with a description of the reason for your return. We will then issue you a return label and process your refund (less shipping charges) once we receive the returned oatmeal from your order.

We also welcome all feedback and will do our best to ensure you are a happy and satisfied commun-oat-y member.

 

Other Oat of the Ordinary order policies:

  • We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for Oat of the Ordinary purchased through our retailers, but we always do our best to support you with a resolution.
  • We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked delivered but yet to be received. However, some shipping carriers mark packages as 'delivered' but are still on their way. These shipping companies recommend waiting 48 hours for the package to arrive. If your package still has not come after 48 hours, please email us at hello@oatoftheordinary.com, and we will submit a ticket to the shipping company and find a solution. You can check the status of your online order here.
  • We offer standard shipping (7-10 business days). We cannot guarantee delivery timelines as mail carriers across Canada and the United States can often experience delays.
