How To Make

Overnight Oats
Pour desired amount of oatmeal into jar or bowl, add your liquid so it just covers the oats (we love unsweetened vanilla oat, coconut, or almond milk!). Allow it to sit overnight in the fridge, and come morning, enjoy!

Instant Oats
Pour desired amount of oatmeal mug or bowl, add boiling water so it just covers your oats, allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!

I look forward to having these every morning!

My favourite of the flavours.. perfect for getting that post-workout protein! The raspberry flavour is subtle which also makes it so versatile. I love it as overnight oats the most!
