How To Make

Overnight Oats
Pour desired amount of oatmeal into jar or bowl, add your liquid so it just covers the oats (we love unsweetened vanilla oat, coconut, or almond milk!). Allow it to sit overnight in the fridge, and come morning, enjoy! 

Instant Oats
Pour desired amount of oatmeal mug or bowl, add boiling water so it just covers your oats, allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!

Hearty and delicious

Overnight oats are my staple lunch for work days and these have been a delicious substitution to my regular! They are high in protein and taste so great. I love that I don’t have to add chia, flax or any sweetener as they are delicious on their own!

My Fave Breakfast

Delicious and good for you. I love the convenience of taking this to work for breakfast. I just add warm oat milk to it in a mason jar and take it to work.
